SYF 2008
SYF 2008
SILVER
Good job kids!
Finally, war is over! Hahaha..... Butttttttttt having said that we should still continue to polish our skills to do even better..... by ATTENDING PRACTICES REGULARLY. Even though we did not get a gold.....u kids did well....but off course there is always room for improvement ... Let's not stop at silver but strive to get a gold the next SYF.......
This year 80% of the children competed for the 1st time ...... Iniatially our horn and trumpet section was really weak ... but thru Mr Ong's guidance the two sections finally moved on.....off course not forgetting our percussion tutor Ms Wee who also helped to guide not only her section but also the rest of the section........Mr Ong and Ms Wee did a great job, don't you agree kids?.........Thank u Mr Ong and Ms Wee!........ And also u kids from having a bad attitude to good attitude.....from irregular attendance to super attendance ..... I must really commend on all of you for putting in the effort even though hours were long and tiring and having to juggle between homework and practice sessions.....well done children! ...In everything we must also not forget the parents for their understanding and allowing children to come for extra practices.....Also to all the kids who were not selected.....continue to practice and come for training , aunty Norah believe that all of u will be great musicians one day..... Most importantly, do everything with a GOOD ATTITUDE ... and u will be surprise at the amazing results. Do tell m e how u feel by sending in ur comments :) I really love to hear from u!
